Total 8.5-9 yrs experience and Technical 5yrs.
Recently joined one company just a month back.
Ctc company provided me is 18lac
And fixed on that is 15lac remaining is Variable+gratuity+Insurance
I gave interview in Deloitte which is cleared and what Deloitte offering me Sr.Team Lead role (one grade below manager) and what they are offering me is 22-24 Ctc with 19lac would be fixed.
I am asking for 26-28 and fixed around 22lac and HR said No.
Is it fair what they are offering me ?
HR seems to be non-negotiable and very firm…!
Anyone from Deloitte can confirm me on this ????
